Manufacturing Urban Green Energy has a world class production facility with a planned annual capacity of approximately 10,000 wind turbines. In August 2008 UGE moved into its new production facility near Beijing in China's Hebei Province. The full-service facility features on-site research and development, testing, manufacturing, and assembly. Named New Energy Technology Park, its capacity and advanced functionality is helping us on our continued quest to be the world's premier supplier of clean energy products. New Energy Technology Park is located a short drive from the port of TianJin. TianJin is mainland China's largest port and has direct links to 300 ports in 160 countries allowing for us to quickly ship customers' orders around the world. New Energy Technology ParkThe city of ChengDe is committed to becoming China's hub for clean energy companies. In Late 2007, Urban Green Energy signed a lease agreement for land that would become our new production headquarters. We would like to thank government officials in both PingQuan and ChengDe for their generous support of clean energy companies. Phase 1 of construction was completed in August 2008 and Phase 2 in July 2009. Construction of Phase 3 will begin ahead of schedule in the second half of 2009. New Energy Technology Park plans to produce more energy than it consumes, donating the excess to surrounding residential buildings.
